In recent years,due to the increase in the number of campus users and institutions on the promotion of information technology,maintenance of campus network faces enormous challenges。The traditional campus network maintenance is done by hand,so a way of protecting not only a lot of time,while also lowering the quality of maintenance。To solve these problems,the paper design of a Web-based campus network repair system,repair the fault network and automation,which not only improve the maintenance efficiency and improved customer service。The system can be achieved through the online repair network users,managers,task assignment,maintenance staff maintenance results to the network users online feedback and reporting output function。
