英语翻译Should teachers be paid more if their students' results

问题：所教学生成绩越好,教师应获得越高的薪水；所教学生成绩越差,教师应获得越低的薪水,这是合理的吗?请给出你的理由。回答：I'm afraid that I cannot agree with this statement。Students' results are good or not are affected by many things,a lot of reasons should be considered。It's unfair to let the teachers take all the responsibilities。Their parents should play an important role as well。What's more,self-control is also very significant。In addition,the intelligence level of different kids varies a lot。According to this regulation,no one want to teach these morally poor students for it will decrease teacher's income。It's unfair with these students too。So I totally disagree with this idea。
