修改是指。。。改语法错误吗?还是改善用词或者句子之类的。。我先改下语法吧。。如果是改用词你再追问下额。。。不过我英语一般。最后一段感觉和前面顺序对调了。。。因为前面已经讲到了员工问题,但是最后一段开始用了at the begining,就有点怪怪的了。。。（个人看法）Glocalization is one of the major problems for Disney in Hong Kong。Much effort has been put to promote as adaptation for Chinese labor practices。‘smile factory’ is a typical example about this problem。Disney advertised itself as ‘happiest place on earth’ but people in Hong Kong think expressing unduly friendly is not a good action which may causes negative feeling。Moreover,‘Smile factory’ also causes ‘emotional labor’ problem which pushes employees to hide their real feelings and display an unnatural surface。This makes a negative relationship between inner feelings and outer expression。Chinese tend to be poor at feeling expressing due to Chinese culture context,So Disney has to make flexible labor practices which fit local cultures。Now multiple languages are spoken by the staff in Hong Kong Disney including:English,Cantonese,and Mandarin。At the beginning,Disney in Hong Kong existed many labor practices problems。McPhail points out the problems which the staff always complain frequently including:short lunch breaks,long working hours,and an insufficient number of staff。As a result,Disney has to set up a union called the Hong Kong Disney Cast Members to solve this kind of problem。
