In order to improve students'spoken English and inspire their interest in it，the Students'Union has decided to hold an English speech contest in the School Activity Center on September 19th 。The contest will start at 3：00p。m。and last for two hours。All students that would like to take part in it can give their names and the topics of their speeches to their class monitors before September 5th。Your participation is warmly welcome and your presence will certainly encourage the students that are giving speeches。
