A good English teacher should be patient in English lesson that she/he can endure all the mistakes the students would make。The teacher who loves his students and respect them can be loved by his students and communicate with them successfully。The teacher need to attract the students attention by her/her voice ,gesture,emotion,and some humor component。Teacher need to have quick response to some emergent situation unexpected in the lesson。
