协议中的一句英文,实在看不懂了,Our liability arising under this Agreement,whether in contract,tort (including negligence) or for breach of statutory duty or in any other way shall only be for direct damages and shall not exceed the revenues generated and payable to you in relation to the Site(s) that the dispute relates to over the previous twelve (12) months at the time that the event giving rise to the liability arises.
