How to make fruit salad?

Main Ingredients:* 1 pint fresh strawberries(washed,stemmed & halved)* 1/2 cup slivered almonds* 2 tablespoons butter* 1/3 cup granulated sugarSalad Dressing:* 3/4 cup light mayonnaise* 1/4 cup milk* 2 tbsp poppy seeds* 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar* 1/3 cup granulated sugarPreparation:Place sugared almonds in a saucepan and heat up over medium heat,melt two tablespoons of butter; stir in almonds and 1/3 cup of sugar。Sauté the mixture until golden brown。In salad bowl,combine strawberries and the sugared almonds。Mix salad dressing ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and then toss with salad。Chill briefly and serve。
