求合同条款 英翻中 谢谢If the Supplier commits any breach of the terms conditions and warranties expressed orimplied within this Supply Agreement and if such breach shall be a substantial or total cause of the Contractor being in breach of the Main Contract and therefore becoming liable to the Employer for the payment of any loss, damage, costs or expenses whether liquidated or other damages under the Main Contract then the Supplier will indemnify the Contractor against such liability either wholly or to the extent to which he may have contributed to the Contractor's liability and to that extent the Supplier will reimburse the Contractor all moneys he may pay or may become liable to pay in respect of this breach on the part of the Contractor.
