The main contents of this paper are to study the problems associated with transaction security and trust in e-commerce business。Currently and within a short period from now,the development of e-commerce business within the world context will become a tide and a trend。From the related international organizatons to the major developed countries,the e-commerce business is getting more attention by all parties。The emergence and the rapid development of the e-commerce business greatly change the way people live and their perception。Among all,the transaction security is of the greatest concern。This article attempts first to explain the concept of e-commerce business,and focuses on the two big problems associated with the e-commerce business- ie transaction security and trust in payment and receipt。Through analyzing the current macro environment of electronically transacted business in our country,solutions to overcome the problems associated with security and trust in payment and receipt are proposed。
