Honglou Meng is a sad love story of Lin Daiyu and Jia Baoyu. They were cousins from the feudal aristocracy family, but their love ended with Lin's death and Jia's being a monk, which is due to the fate, Baoyu's unfaithful heart, their irregularly ideas and behaviors ,and what's more, both the lovers' characteristics are quite personalized. All of these contributed to their distruction and they couldn't avoid such a tragedy in a tradgy time.
