Abstract:This article and transferred the gene alfalfa through Shui Zhufa to the ordinary alfalfa to carry on the polysaccharide extraction,contrasted two kind of alfalfa through X beam diffractometer the differences; Latter has carried on the determination using the phenol - sulfuric acid method to the obtained polysaccharide content,through the contrast,discovered the ordinary alfalfa and transfers in the gene alfalfa the polysaccharide content difference。Key word:The alfalfa,transfers the gene alfalfa,the polysaccharide,the phenol - sulfuric acid method
