which应该改为that,因为这不是定语从句,而是同位语从句：先行词memory回到从句中作成分时其后面的从句是定语从句,否则即不做成分时后面的从句是同位语从句。which不能引导同位语从句。
再如：Have you heard of the news that Marry has gone to university?同位语从句
Have you heard of the news that/which he told about?定语从句
再如：Have you heard of the news that Marry has gone to university?同位语从句
Have you heard of the news that/which he told about?定语从句
