Modal analysis and optimal design of a pure electric light truck frame

Abstract??? The finite element analysis software Hypermesh was used to analyze and optimize a pure electric light truck frame. The finite element model of the frame is established and the first six modes of mode shapes are solved. The structural parameters of the frame are optimized based on the dynamic characteristics of the frame. After the improvement??? the modal frequency of the frame changes gently and the resonance during the vehicle is avoided. Finally??? the test data of the frame and the CAE simulation analysis results are compared to verify the reliability of the finite element analysis??? which provides a reference for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the frame structure.
