Abstract?????In order to meet the needs of automotive customization??? while taking into account factors such as shortening the design cycle of automotive wiring harnesses and reducing production costs??? automotive wiring harnesses generally adopt modular design solutions. At the prototype stage??? the harness manufacturer needs to make a list of harness modules by hand based on the PR number of the vehicle. Not only are manual orders a waste of time??? they are also extremely error-prone. This paper proposes a design scheme of order generation and inspection system??? which can effectively improve the efficiency of order production and reduce the error rate.
