摘 要：本文通過对国外知名挂车车轴公司ADR的产品数据进行分析研究，提出一种计算挂车车轴载荷分析方法，并提出一种挂车车轴载荷计算模型和公式，通过此方法和公式可以得到不同车轴规格以及车速条件下较准确的车轴载荷安全系数，同时本文还提供了一系列不同规格轴管在40km/h车速下的载荷安全系数。通过本文的研究分析可以为今后挂车车轴设计提供支持，帮助提升设计能力。

Abstract：This article， through to the foreign well-known trailer axle company ADR product data analysis， puts forward a method of calculating trailer axle load analysis and a kind of trailer axle load calculation model and formulas. And by this method， the formula can be obtained under the condition of different specifications and axle speed accurately safety coefficient of axle load. At the same time， this paper also provides a series of different specifications of shaft tube load safety factors at the speed of 40km/h. The research and analysis of this paper can provide support for the design of trailer axles in the future and help improve the design ability.
