Within45daysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatthedestination,shouldthequality,Specificationsorquantitybefoundnotinconformitywiththestipulationsofthecontractexceptthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyortheownersofthevesselareliable.TheBuyersshall,havetherightonthestrengthoftheinspectioncertificateissuedbytheC.C.I.CandtherelativedocumentstoclaimforcompensationtotheSellers.
(13)ForceMajeure:
Thesellersshallnotbeheldresponsibleforthedelayinshipmentornon-deli-veryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheprocessofmanufacturingorinthecourseofloadingortransit.ThesellersshalladvisetheBuyersimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedabovethewithinfourteendaysthereafter.TheSellersshallsendbyairmailtotheBuyersfortheiracceptancecertificateoftheaccident.UndersuchcircumstancestheSellers,however,arestillundertheobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.
14）Arbitration:
AlldisputesinconnectionwiththeexecutionofthisContractshallbesettledfriendlythroughnegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thecasethenmaybesubmittedforarbitrationtotheArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeinaccordancewiththeProvisionalRulesofProcedurepromulgatedbythesaidArbitrationCommission.TheArbitrationcommitteeshallbefinalandbindinguponbothparties.AndtheArbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparties.
