3、the number of... ......的数目
考点
the number of表示“......的数目”，后接复数名词作主语时，谓语动词用单数；
a number of 表示“许多的；大量的”，后接复数名词作主语时，谓语动词用复数；

Today the number of people learning English in China is increasing rapidly.
现今在中国学习英语的人数正在迅速增长。

4、the way + 定语从句

the way 作先行词，其后所接定语从句可以不需要任何关系词，也可用that或in which。
