be concerned with 是“关心、挂念”的意思；be concerned about sth 是“关心某事”的意思，另外be concerned about 还有担忧某事的意思，而be concerned with没有。
1、be concerned with 关心；参与，干预；相干
例如：
Scholars and researchers should not be concerned with whether their work makes a contribution to the larger society.
学者们和研究者们不用考虑他们的工作是否会对社会有所贡献。
Is the health of the community we should be concerned with.
社会的健康才是我们应该关心的。
2、be concerned about 关心，挂念…… /担忧……
例如：
This aggression is the real issue the world should be concerned about.We want to keep that in focus.
这次侵略才是世界应该关注的真正问题。我们想继续保持关注。
It is smart and responsible to be concerned about and prepared for hurricanes.
这是聪明和负责任地关心和飓风的准备。
