　　我是一位来自浙江嘉兴市的小学生。我这次写这封建议书是因为我热爱环境，热爱水资源，并且已下决心保护水资源。

　　我想你们也应该知道了我们国家已经有许多水资源被污染、被浪费了，因此你们也提出了“低碳”这一行为。但有的人却对低碳的宣传置之不理，根本不当一回事，依然在浪费水。终于，灾难降临了。尽管地球上水资源很丰富，可谈水却只有水资源的2.5%!还有，被誉为：母亲河“的黄河也遭到了灭顶之灾，沉积在河水里的淤泥造成了大量的水土流失，使塬本美丽的黄河变成了真正的“黄”河。同样，长江和黄河一样也在默默哭泣。从这些史无前例的数据足以看出，水资源正在急剧地减少。

　　水，是生命之源，没有了水，也就没有了生命。动物有了水，才能成长;植物有了水，才能够在土壤中生根拔牙;人类有了水，才可以造福地球。从工农业上来看，水也是不可缺少的一部分重要资源。造一吨钢需要水100吨;灌溉一公顷水稻需水18000吨左右;一座发电能力为100万千瓦的水力发电机，没有上亿吨水就是无稽之谈。因此，水在生活中永远扮演着无可替代、独一无二的角色。
